Kumpir Bake n' Bite is a family-run food trailer bringing a Turkish street-food classic to North Texas — the kumpir, a whole baked potato mashed with butter and cheese and piled with toppings inspired by the Mediterranean and Europe.
We built the concept around one promise: what you see is what you get. No mystery sauces, no reheated fillers. Every potato is baked, split, and loaded right in front of you.
You'll spot our trailer around Plano, Dallas, Irving, and Coppell — and increasingly at private events, festivals, and company lunches across DFW.

What is kumpir?
Kumpir is a massively loaded, oversized Turkish baked potato. After baking, the hot potato is split open and the fluffy flesh is mashed inside the skin with butter and melted cheese to create a rich, creamy base — then customized with toppings.
It originated in the Balkans and became an iconic Turkish street-food staple, especially famous in the Ortaköy district of Istanbul, where rows of street-side kiosks let customers walk down a line and hand-select their toppings.
